5) In Radmin, create a Private Network and tell your friends to join the created network.
6) Run the game through Subnautica.Multiplayer.exe, which is in the game folder.
7) In-game ➜ Joining : :Multiplayer ➜ Join Server ➜ Enter the Radmin IP of the host and join.
Hosting : Multiplayer ➜ Host game ➜ Create a server or load a save ➜ Wait for friends to join via your LAN IP
8) Play & Enjoy !

Mod causes the game to stay frozen on black screen on the second launch of the game. Removing the mod fixes the game. I have not found a solution for it yet.
